Silverlight - Reusable Skills

For IdentityMine it’s about re-defining the user experience and helping people love using software. We don’t want to draw “experience lines” between enterprise applications, consumer facing applications, and rich internet applications. So as you can imagine, this requires us to stay on top of industry innovations in general. Microsoft is making some strategic moves with WPF and Silverlight which are designed to help bridge the experience gap significantly for these applications that are traditionally very different.

"For a company like ours where we're already invested in Microsoft technologies, Silverlight is a no brainer and it's the thing we needed. It's the thing that allows us to take the content that we have, the knowledge that we have and push forward the kinds of experiences that we can offer on the web." - Robby Ingebretsen

"When it comes to creating web applications the most recent trend has been to build ASP, PHP, AJAX style applications and Silverlight plugs in very naturally into that suite of technologies." -
